House Cleaners

House cleaners are regularly exposed to toxic commercial cleaners which often lead to rashes, headaches, memory loss, asthma, and other side effects when they clean four to five homes per day. By switching to non-toxic methods, they improve and sustain their own health in the workplace and that of the environment. Most earn wages and benefits so low they are unable to address these negative effects. For more than a decade, wages, the bay area non-profit, has launched worker-owned green businesses that create healthy, dignified jobs for low-income women. House cleaners are committed to providing excellent product and service from a house cleaner or house cleaning service. Expertise and consultation, and personal attention is always a consideration when choosing a house cleaner.

House cleaners are often called “trunk-slammers” or “susie vacuumcleaners”. You'll find many of these “trunk-slammers” and “susie vacuumcleaners” advertising in places like craigslist. What are the perils and pitfalls of hiring such an individual?. For starters, many independent house cleaners are not insured nor are they bonded. Most probably have no professional cleaning experience outside of cleaning their own homes. This sets an unsuspecting homeowner to come home to find ruined wood floors, scratched fiber glass tubs/showers, scratched stainless steel appliances or worse. And since the independent house cleaner isn't insured, the homeowner has to foot the bill. Yes, homeowner's insurance may cover it but if you have a high deductible, you may find yourself out of a lot of money.

House cleaners are a great way to create more free time in your life. Most house cleaners work on a wide variety of schedules ranging from weekly to bi-weekly to occasional monthly visits. Though house cleaners are typically hired to maintain weekly chores such as vacuuming, dusting, dishwashing, and tidying bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens, they can also customize their service to your personal needs. They can often offer an occasional deeper-cleaning of your house (such as carpets and windows).

Floor Buffer

Floor buffer is a type of sander with a polishing pad. Orbital polishers are less powerful but are easier to use, less expensive and more suited for home use. To get started, lift the base up and ensure the scrub brush or polishing pad is clean and free of any dirt or debris or you risk scratching your floor. Buff the floor starting from the back of the room working your way to the front. It's important to buff from the left to the right as you make your way back to the entrance. You need to keep tight control of the unit and ensure that you keep the cord out of your way.

Floor buffer is great for doing some light duty buffing on many different types of flooring. Can be used on vinyl, terrazzo, and marble style floors, to name a few. It will bring a decent shine to your floor, but nothing near the gleam that a high speed machine will achieve. These low speed machines are great for scrubbing, stripping, and buffing, commercially finished floors.

Floor buffer is made possible by controls and a handle to steer the floor buffer. The controls are there to manage both the direction and speed with which the floor buffer operates. Floor buffers are normally operated using a cleaning and polishing agent, with both of them being sprayed on the flooring surface in the path of the cleaning and polishing brushes. The cleaning agent allows the brushes to dislodge whatever dirt and grime is on the floor's surface, and the polishing agent gives you that nice glossy look that is typical of a well-kept floor. If you have been thinking about purchasing a floor buffer, there are a few things you should be aware of. There are several kinds of floor machines on the market, and each brand provides you with different accessories and features. This is why you'll encounter such a broad price range when shopping for a floor buffer.
